Everything you need to feel confident walking into your first class.
I've never done yoga before. Is that okay?
Completely. A lot of our students start as total beginners. Try Gentle Flow or Yoga for Beginners first, tell the teacher you're new, and they'll guide you through the basics. Every class on our schedule has modifications so you can move at your own level.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
No — mats are always free to borrow at both studios. If you'd rather use your own, bring it along. We also have blocks, bolsters, and blankets for the slower classes.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, water, and a towel for the heated classes. Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can set you up and answer any questions. For heated classes, eat lightly beforehand and hydrate well.
How much is my first class?
A single drop-in is $25. From there you can grab a class pack (5 for $99 or 10 for $179, which never expire) or go unlimited from $99/month. There are no contracts — pause or cancel anytime.
What's the difference between your heated and non-heated classes?
Heated classes — like Hot Power Flow and Hot 26 & 2 — happen in a warm room that loosens muscles and builds a serious sweat. Non-heated classes like Vinyasa, Yin, and Gentle Flow run at room temperature. New to the heat? Start with a non-heated class or take the heated one slowly; resting anytime is fine.
Which class should I start with?
If you want strength, try Yoga Sculpt or PiYo. If you want a classic flow, try Vinyasa. If you want to slow down, try Yin or Candlelight & Sound. Brand new to movement? Gentle Flow is the easiest on-ramp. Still unsure? Call us and we'll point you to the right class.
Where are you located, and where do I park?
We have two studios: Crystal River (28 NE 4th St, downtown behind Norton's) and Inverness (1454 US-41 N, in the Planet Fitness Plaza). The Crystal River studio has dedicated parking out front plus free public lots nearby; Inverness has easy plaza parking.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes. Our Crystal River studio is fully ADA accessible with dedicated parking, ramp entry, and accessible restrooms. We offer Chair Yoga and our teachers can adapt any class for any ability level.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Anytime, with no penalty. All memberships run on autopay with no contracts — pause when life gets busy and pick back up when you're ready.
Do you offer teacher training and workshops?
We do. We run 200-hour teacher training, Yoga Sculpt instructor training, sound baths, goat yoga, and visiting-teacher workshops throughout the year. Special events are priced separately from memberships — call or message us for the current schedule.
