Class schedules, pricing, and offerings may change. Memberships run on autopay with no contracts and can be paused or canceled at any time. Special events and workshops are priced separately. A small card-processing convenience fee may apply.
Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. Let your teacher know about injuries or conditions so they can offer modifications. You participate in classes at your own risk.
